• Original CNIC will be shown at the time of booking and a copy of the same will be provided to Topi Rakh Complex for record. Retired / Serving Defence personnel will also show their Service Cards.
• Due to prevailing security environment, invitees are requested to bring their invitation cards and their CNIC for checking at the entry point.
• Host should coordinate with Topi Rakh Complex staff regarding number of guests.
• Staff of Topi Rakh Complex shall fill in the slip regarding number of guests in consultation with the host, which shall be final for billing purpose.
• No eatables and drinks are allowed from outside.
• Outside catering is not permitted.
• No political / religious meetings are allowed.
• No fire arms shall be carried.
• Fireworks display is forbidden.
• Use of liquor is strictly forbidden.
• Damage to crockery, furniture or any other property of Topi Rakh Complex within its premises shall be charged to the extent of loss as assessed by the management.
• Management shall not be held responsible for any theft, pick pocketing and loss of any valuable or cash. Guests are requested to take required precautions.
• Clients are not allowed to bring in any musical system, singers or dancer except band.
• Wheel chair for sick / elderly guests is available on request.
• Children under 5 years of age would be treated as complimentary and children between 5 years to 9 years of age will be charged as half (person).
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• Force Majure: Management of Topi Rakh Complex may not be able to fulfill its obligations regarding holding of function on a reserved date due to any government regulations, labour trouble or under any other circumstances which are beyond the control of management.

All the above laid down terms and conditions, menu lists, costs and rates are subject to change or revision till the time of holding of the function with out any advance notice.
