In case of three consecutive functions in TRC i.e. Mehndi,Barat and Walima, 50% rebate will be given on hall charges of any one function.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Galaxy : Client shall deposit Rs. 50,000.00 for full and Rs. 30,000.00 for Half Galaxy Hall as reservation security at the time of booking which will be refunded after the function.
Crescent, Rainbow and Lawn : Client shall deposit Rs. 25,000.00 reservation security for Crescent, Rainbow and Lawn at the time of booking which will be returned after the function.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation or change of date (Through written application) following deductions shall be made:-
| More than 60 days before the reserved date | 25% of the amount deposited. |
| Between 60 to 31 days before the reserved date | 50% of the amount deposited. |
| Between 30 to 15 days before the reserved date | 75% of the amount deposited |
| Between 15 days to reserved date | 100% of the amount deposited. |
