50% rebate shall be offered for all venues (Wedding Lunch Functions Only) during week days i.e. Monday to Friday.

In case of three consecutive functions in TRC i.e. Mehndi,Barat and Walima, 50% rebate will be given on venue with minimum charges.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Horizon : Client shall deposit Rs. 100,000/- for full and Rs. 70,000.00 for Half Horizon Hall as reservation security at the time of booking which will be refunded after the function.
Galaxy : Client shall deposit Rs. 70,000.00 for full and Rs. 35,000.00 for Half Galaxy Hall as reservation security at the time of booking which will be refunded after the function.
Crescent, Rainbow and Lawn : Client shall deposit Rs. 35,000.00 reservation security the time of booking which will be returned after the function.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation or change of date (Through written application) following deductions shall be made:-
| More than 60 days before the reserved date | 25% of the amount deposited. |
| Between 31 to 60 days before the reserved date | 50% of the amount deposited. |
| Between 15 to 30 days before the reserved date | 75% of the amount deposited |
| Less than 15 days | 100% of the amount deposited. |
